Support my challenge to leave MS behind!

I’m taking part in The May 50K for the MS Canada and the MS International Federation.

I will be taking on 50km throughout May and leaving my limits behind to raise funds for life-changing research into multiple sclerosis and better access to treatments!

There are over 90,000 Canadians living with MS and I need your help to leave MS where it belongs, behind us.

Combined National and Global action is the key to changing the future of MS, so I’ve accepted The May 50K challenge to change lives.

Please make a donation to support my challenge.

Thank you so much!

Day#17 5km w/Sam in Winnipeg

Tried to beat the wind by heading out at 630am, smoke still thick,  but calm  and cool 6c. Called Sam in Winnipeg and chatted the 5km away!

Day#16 6km with Cathy

Calm start at 7am, but the ever present hot, crazy wind picked up in the last few kms, carrying the smoke from the fires in Alberta 🙏
We need rain so desperately!
Cathy and I crossed the halfway mark to 100km goal today! On target😁

Day #4 was a rest day due to crazy winds and my scheduled date to walk seemed unattainable. Plus life got in the way, so got up with Earl when he left to seed, and walked the treadmill before the day got away on me. 4km with some incline  and Netflix works at 5am😁

Day #3 Drumheller 4km w/Terra

Walk along the river path with Terra &  the pups, Olive and Stormy, was a great way to visit in the 26c sun! 4km in 2 spurts because there are so many smells!
